The website lets you listen to lullabies in your browser, free, for personal, non-commercial use. You may use it for relaxation and to help settle a child.
These terms cover the website. The Lullaby mobile app is governed by these terms together with the applicable app store's terms, including the subscription pricing shown in the app.
The lullaby library is free. Lullaby Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks repeat playback and the sleep timer. Premium is offered monthly ($2.99) and yearly ($19.99), with prices shown in your local currency in the app. Subscriptions are billed through your App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings.
The lullabies and cover artwork are generated with the help of artificial intelligence and curated by us. They are provided for your personal listening within the website and app only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or extract the content from the service.
The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. Features and content may be added, changed, or removed at any time without advance notice.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or misuse the service or its content, and do not use it in any unlawful way.
Lullaby is a comfort and sleep aid, not a medical device, and is not a substitute for the supervision of a child. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or app.
